Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and 8-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-18 business days.

Customer Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with local customs or carriers if additional information or duty payment is required. Lavechic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses or the recipient’s inability to clear customs.

TAXES & DUTIES

For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for Canada and some European countries such as Germany, Italy and UK), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.

We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 10 to 17 business days with extra 1 to 2 business days of processing time for every order. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us at info@lavechic.com.

DELIVERY ISSUES

• Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

• Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, carriers may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high package volumes during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may go differently than planned. If this happens, we have a general return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return & Exchange
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lavechic.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide professional and helpful guidance throughout the return & exchange process.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
After we approve your request and provide our return/exchange address, please return the item within 7 days by following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returning products.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days, process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
