General items: We generally process to ship these orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will process on the next consecutive business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you the best available option.
Handmade items: To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.
* All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually only takes 1-3 working days before shipping.
* Customers in the US region do not pay taxes or fees on purchases; VA is included in the price of items when customers in the European region purchase products.

General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return & Exchange
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lavechic.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide professional and helpful guidance throughout the return & exchange process.
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
After we approve your request and provide our return/exchange address, please return the item within 7 days by following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returning products.
Step 3: Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days, process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
