1. SHIPPING COSTS & PROMOTIONS

We offer Free Standard Shipping if your order meets ONE of the following conditions:

• Total order value is $69.00 or more.

• OR You purchase 2 or more items (regardless of price).

For orders under $69.00 containing only 1 item, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $4.99.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

• In-Stock Items:

  Generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Handmade / Made-to-Order Items:

  To ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship, some of our artisan pieces are made specifically for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Note: If you choose Express Shipping, we will prioritize your production queue (usually shortening production time to 1-3 days).

• Out of Stock:

  If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email with the best available options (wait, replace, or refund).

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. TAXES & DUTIES

• United States: Customers do not need to pay any additional tax or duties.

• European Union: VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the product price. You will not be charged extra fees upon delivery.

• Other Regions: Please note that local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's policy, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us at info@lavechic.com.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

• Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

• Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, carriers may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high package volumes during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may go differently than planned. If this happens, we have a general return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return & Exchange
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lavechic.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide professional and helpful guidance throughout the return & exchange process.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
After we approve your request and provide our return/exchange address, please return the item within 7 days by following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returning products.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days, process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Before returning the product, please contact us to initiate the return/exchange process. Direct returns at the delivery time or to the local post office without prior contact will not be accepted. Email us at info@lavechic.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
We only issue refunds/exchanges for items within the scope of our Return/Exchange Policy.
